Martha Foley is a Former Special Branch Detective Inspector Martha led teams in investigating serious and complex crime. On leaving policing she has worked in education, developing the future of UK uniformed public services and specialising in building high-performing teams.

Rubab Mehdi is a lawyer, human rights defender, and interfaith campaigner. Courageous in speaking out on sensitive issues, Rubab has played a critical role in securing a place for women in settings dominated by men.

Ian Milton served 5 Operational Tours whilst in the army, he was training advisor for UK Special Forces, 2 years at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Military Investigator, and part of the team which trained Prince Harry prior to deployment to Afghanistan.

Joelle Gozlan is from Moroccan Jewish background former Homeland Security, IDF and a certified Krav Maga instructor Hobbies include mountain climbing, backpacking and riding a bike across the US and stopping and teaching Krav Maga on the way.
